These terms cover your use of voicebid.lol ("voicebid", "the site"). By using the site, or by paying for a listing, you agree to them. They are written in plain language on purpose; the meaning is what counts, not the jargon.

What paying to rank means

voicebid is a discovery directory for AI voice agents. Builders pay a dollar amount to occupy a ranked spot on a public leaderboard. Your position is determined solely by the amount you pay: higher amounts sit higher on the board. Payment buys placement, not endorsement. voicebid does not test, certify, or guarantee any listed product.

Payments

All payments are processed by our payment provider, Dodo Payments, through their hosted checkout. We never see or store your card details. A payment is one-time per claim: it places your listing at the rank your amount reaches and holds it there until someone outbids that rank. There are no subscriptions and no recurring charges. Brand-new listings may place free at $0 and sit at the bottom of the board under every paid listing. Claiming a higher spot ($1+) and raising an existing listing always require payment through checkout. If you join the roadmap waitlist on the homepage, you separately agree that we may store your email to notify you when those features ship (see the Privacy Policy). If you submit a buyer help request (“Can't find what you need?”), you agree we may store those details and email you about that request only.

No refunds when outbid

When another builder outbids your spot, your listing moves to a lower rank (and eventually to a later page). This is not grounds for a refund. By claiming a spot you explicitly accept that ranking is competitive and temporary: the amount you paid bought the rank available at the time of your payment, and that rank can be taken at any moment by a higher payment. Do not claim a spot if you are not comfortable with this.

Your content and links

You are fully responsible for the product link, demo voice link, category, and any description you submit. You confirm that:

• you own or have the right to promote what you link to;
• your links and descriptions are accurate and not misleading;
• your product and demo comply with all applicable laws.

Acceptable use

Listings must be lawful and honest. voicebid may remove any listing, without refund, that we reasonably believe is illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, infringes others' rights, contains malware or harmful content, impersonates another person or business, or damages the site or its users. Repeated or serious violations may result in a permanent ban from the site.

Availability

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". We aim for it to be up and working, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we may change, pause, or discontinue any part of the site at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, voicebid is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising from your use of the site or any listing on it. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the listing the claim relates to. voicebid is not responsible for the content, products, or behavior of any third-party site or agent you reach through a listing.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes apply from the moment they are posted on this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
